RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expand Sophia franchise and microfranchise network nationally and internationally;
- Consolidate relationships with current franchises and microfranchises;
- Provides sales trainings for our partners;
- Solve logistics problems related to orders;
- Create promotional campaigns and implement them together with the marketing department;
- Implements the sales policy in line with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Implements franchise and microfranchise bonus campaigns;
- Creates events to promote the franchise and microfranchise;
- Contributes to the organization and participation in fairs and exhibitions;
- Supports the organization of events to promote Sophia’s image;
- Prepare and analyse weekly sales reports – propose solutions to improve the franchise activity;
- Implements ERP, CRM within the franchises;
- Regularly visits our partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales (experience in a similar position is an advantage);
- Marketing knowledge;
- Communication and relationship skills with customers and the rest of the team;
- Negotiation skills;
- CRM knowledge;
- Willingness to travel;
- Driving license;
- Good public speaking skills;
